Verbs do not just express an action or state of being. They also carry the idea as to when the action expressed by the verbs take place.
The "when" relates to verb tenses such as those in the present, past and future while the "how" refers to verb aspects that emphasize how the action, event, or state denoted by a verb takes place or extends over time.
Aspect refers to the flow of time. It gives us additional information about a verb by telling us whether the action or condition takes place in a single block, is completed, or occurs continuously.

Isinasaad sa Batas Republika 8293, Seksiyon 176 na: Hindi maaaring magkaroon ng
karapatang-sipi sa anomang akda ang Pamahalaan ng Pilipinas. Gayonpaman, kailangan muna ang
pahintulot ng ahensiya o tanggapan ng pamahalaan na nag
handa ng akda kung ito ay pagkakakitaan. Kabilang sa mga maaaring gawin ng nasabing ahensiya o
tanggapan ay ang pagtakda ng kaukulang bayad.
Ang mga akda (kuwento, seleksiyon, tula, awit, larawan, ngalan ng produkto o brand name,
tatak o trademark, palabas sa telebisiyon, pelikula, atbp.) na ginamit sa modyul na ito ay nagtataglay
ng karapatang-ari ng mga iyon. Pinagsumikapang matunton ang mga ito upang makuha ang pahintulot
sa paggamit ng materyales. Hindi inaangkin ng mga tagapaglathala at mga may-akda ang karapatangaring
iyon. Ang anomang gamit maliban sa modyul na ito ay kinakailangan ng pahintulot mula sa mga

Alamin
Ang pagkahubog ng bawat katangian ng babae at lalaki ay napagtitibay ng
iba’t ibang salik ng lipunan kagaya ng pamilya, medya, relihiyon, at paaralan.
Ang kasarian ng lalaki at babae ay isang bagay na nagdidikta kung ano ang
kanilang tungkulin na kailangan gampanan sa isang lipunan na maaaring magbago
depende sa kung papaano nito naapektuhan ng mga nasambit na salik.
Layunin ng modyul na ito ang mga sumusunod:
1. Masasabi kung papaano napagtitibay ng pamilya, medya, relihiyon,
paaralan at lipunan ang gampaning pangkasarian (H5GD-IIj-14); at
2. Makapagbibigay ng mga halimbawa kung papaano nagbabago ang
gampaning pang-kasarian ng lalaki at babae (H5GD-Ij-15).

4 Gampaning Pangkasarian:
Paano ka ba dapat?
Ang gampaning pangkasarian ay nalilinang habang ang bata ay lumalaki. Ito
ay naaapektuhan at nahuhubog ng iba’t ibang salik kagaya ng pamilya, medya,
relihiyon at paaralan. Ang bawat salik ay mahalaga para sa inaasahang dapat
maging gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae.
Sa araling ito matutunan ng mga mag-aaral kung ano ba ang dapat na
gampaning pangkasarian ng isang babae at lalaki.
Balikan
Panuto: Basahin ang mga sumusunod. Isulat ang S kung ang parirala ay
tumutukoy sa bayolohikal o pisyolohikal na katangian ng isang lalaki o
babae, at K naman kung ito ay tumutukoy sa panlipunang gampanin,
kilos at gawain ng isang lalaki o babae.

Ang gampaning pangkasarian ay pamantayan ng pag-uugali sa lipunan na
itinuturing na akma o angkop para sa kasarian ng isang indibidwal. Ang kasarian
ng lalaki at babae ay naapektuhan ngmga salik sa lipunan na humuhubog sa kanila.
Narito ang mga salik na nakapagtitibay ng gampaning pangkasarian ng isang
lalaki at babae:

2. Paaralan
3. Medya
4. Relihiyon
Bawat isa sa mga salik na ito ay may kanya-kanyang mga paraan kung paano
nahuhubog ang gamapaninig pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae. May mga turo
na nagkakapareho at mayroon din namang nagkakaiba batay na rin sa impluwensya
ng takbo ng panahon at sa modernong pamumuhay.

Ang PAMILYA.

Simula sa pagkamulat ng bata at pagkalinang ng kanyang kamalayan, ang
pamilya ang siyang pinakaunang gabay. Ito ang unang guro sa buhay ng isang
batang lalaki o babae na nagpapangaral sa kanya sa mga bagay na dapat at hindi
dapat gawin at mga magagandang asal.
Pamilya ang unang humuhubog sa kung ano ba dapat ang gamapanin ng
isang lalaki at babae na siyang dapat ipinapakita at ginagawa. Narito ang iilan sa
mga pamamaraan kung papaano napagtitibay ng pamilya ang gampaning
pangkasarian ng isang babae o lalaki.
Tuwing kumakain ang pamilya, dito isinisingit ang mga usapin tungkol sa
kung ano ba dapat ang ginagawa ng isang lalaki o babae.
Bawat bonding time ng pamilya, itinuturo ng mga magulang ang mga
nararapat na asal at pag-uugali ng isang lalaki o babae na makatutulong sa
kanya para maging isang responsableng anak at mamamayan.
Tahasang pinagsasabihan ng isang tatay o nanay yong mga gawaing hindi
tama at tama para sa kanilang anak na lalaki o babae.
Narito naman ang mga halimbawa ng mga itinuturo ng pamilya sa mga anak
na lalaki o babae.
Ang mga lalaki ay dapat tumutulong sa mga gawaing bahay kagaya ng,
pag-igib ng tubig;
pagkukumpuni ng mga sirang gamit;
pagtulong sa mga mabibigat na gawain sa bahay; atbp.
Ang mga kababaihan ay dapat tumutulong sa gawaing bahay kagaya ng,
sa paglilinis ng bahay;
pagwawalis ng sahig;
paghuhugas ng pinggan;
paglalaba; atbp.

Ang PAARALAN.

Sa paglaki ng isang batang lalaki o babae, hindi na lamang sa bahay
gumagalaw ang kanyang mundo. Sa pagtungtong ng edad na maaring na mga-aral
ang bata, paaralan na ngayon ang magsisilbing pangalawang magulang at
magbibigay ng pormal na edukasyon. Dito, napagtitibay ang gampaning
pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae.
Narito ang mga pamamaraan kung papaano nahuhubog at napagtitibay ng
paaralan ang gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae.
Ang lahat ng mga mag-aaral ay nagkakaroon ng oryentasyon sa mga polisiya
at guidelines sa kung ano ba dapat na kanilang ginagawa bilang mga
kalalakihan o kababaihan.
Tinatalakay ng paaralan sa mga bata ang pupil o student handbook na
naglalaman ng mga gawaing naayon sa batayan o standards ng paaralan para
sa mga batang lalaki at babae.
Nagkakaroon ng mga buwanang programa na humuhubog sa mga kakayahan
ng mga lalaki at babae kagaya ng Nutrition Month, Buwan ng Wika, Science
Fair, English Month, atbp.
Narito naman ang ilan sa mga gawaing itinuturo ng mga paaralan sa mga
mag-aaral sa mga kalalakihan at kababaihan.
Ang mga lalaki ay,
dapat nagsusuot ng unipormeng panlalaki;
nagpapagupit ng buhok ayon sa kung ano ang nararapat;
nagbubuhat ng mabibigat na bagay sa loob at labas ng silidaralan;
tumutulong sa pagkukumpuni sa mga sirang upuan o furniture
sa silid-aralan;
puwedengmaupo sa posisyong politikal o manilbihan sa lipunan;
atbp.
Ang mga babae ay,
dapat nagsusuot ng unipormeng pambabae;
tinatali ang buhok kung mahaba, kung maiksi naman ay dapat
na nagsusuot ng headband at iba pang gamit ;
tumututlong sa paglilinis sa loob at labas ng silid-aralan;

kung kayang buhatin ang isang mabigat na bagay lalo na kung
walang lalaking pweding magbuhat nito, ay pwede naman niyang
gawin basta ayon lamang sa kanyang kayang mabuhat;
papasok ng presentable sa paaralan;
puwede ring manilbihan sa lipunan o tumakbo para sa posisiyong
political; atbp.

Dahil sa modernong teknolohiya mayroon ang tao ngayon, hindi na lamang
ang pamilya at paaralan ang napagkukunan ng aral o ikatuto ng mga bata lalo na
sa kanilang gampaning pangkasarian dahil sa impluwensiya ng medya. Sa laro ng
teknolohiya ngayon, lahat ay pupuwede nang makita at matutunan sa cellphone,
laptop, o telebisyon sa tulong ng internet.
Sa mga programa sa telebisyon,mga ini-upload sa youtube na mga iba’t ibang
videos, mga documentaries, mga vlogs at iba pa, dito nakakakuha ang mga batang
lalaki o babae ng iba’t ibang impormasyon na inilalapat nila sa kani-kanilang buhay
na nakaiimpluwensya sa kanilang gampaning pangkasarian.
Ilan sa mga ito ay:
Ang isang lalaki o babae ay may karapatang pumili ng kanilang susundin
ayon sa kanilang nakuha batay sa kanilang bagong pinaniniwalaan.
Maaari ring maghugas ng pinggan at maglaba ang mga kalalakihan.
Hindi na lamang mga kalalakihan ang pupuweding makagawa ng mga bagay
na kadalasang ginagawa nila pati na rin ang mga kababaihan ay maari narin
gawin ang mga ito kagaya ng,
pagkukumpuni ng mga sirang kumpyuter, cellphone o laptop;
pag-akyat ng mga matatarik na bulubundukin;
pagsabak sa pampalakasan kagaya ng wrestling, boxing at iba pa;
pagtakbo sa mga halalan para makaupo sa posisyon o magsilbi sa
bayan;
paghahanap-buhay (propesyonal, opisina o labor);
pagiging director sa telebisyon o mga gawaing pampelikula; atbp.

Ang RELIHIYON.

Isa pang nagpapatibay ng gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae
ay ang kanyang kinabibilangang relihiyon na sa pamamagitan ng mga doktrinang
kaniyang pinapakinggan, siya ay nagagabayan kung ano ang dapat at naaayon sa
kasulatan at salita ng Diyos.
May mga programang inihahanda ang iba’t ibang simbahan para sa kanilang
mga kasapi lalo na para sa kanilang mga miyembro na mga batang lalaki at babae.
Ang mga programang ito ay silang nakapaghuhubog sa inaasahang pag-uugali at
gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o babae kagaya ng sumusunod:

Sa pamamagitan ng mga programang ito, itinuturo dito ang mga gawain na
nakapaghuhubog ng gampaning pangkasarian na kalugod-luogd sa harapan ng
Diyos. Ilan sa mga pangaral ay:
Ang mga lalaki ay inaasahan na sila ang,
magpapakita ng wastong gupit sa buhok para sa mga
nakababatang kapatid o kapanalig
mag-aalok ng kasal sa mga napupusuan nila;
magtatrabaho para sa kanilang pamilya;
magpapakita ng magandang asal para sa mga nakababatang
kapatid o mga kapanalig;
maghahanapbuhay;
magsisilbing lakas ng pamilya;
magsisilbi sa Parokya, simbahan, kapilya, mosque sa
pamamagitan ng pagiging altar boy, lay minister, reader, psalmist,
diakono, mang-aawit o ang pagiging pari, ministro; atbp.
Ang mga babae ay inaasahan na sila ang,
magpapahaba ng buhok;
magsisilbi sa asawa;
gagabay sa mga anak;
magpapakita ng magandang asal para sa mga nakababatang
kapatid o kapanalig;

magsisilbi sa simbahan kagaya ng pagiging reader, psalmist,
diokonesa, mang-aawit o pagiging madre; atbp.
Ilan lamang ito sa mga bagay na nakaiimpluwensya at nakapagpapatibay sa
gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki at babae habang sila ay lumalaki.
Sa makabagong panahon, ang gampaning pangkasarian ay hindi na
nakasentro sa dapat na gamapanin ng isang lalaki o babae. Maraming sector ng
lipunan ang nagsusulong ngayon ng gender equality o ang pagkakapantaypantay
ng bawat isa sa anumang larangan, mapalalaki man o babae, bagay na
dapat igalang at pagyamanin.
Pagyamanin
Panuto: Pumili sa mga pangungusap na nasa kahon kung aling paraan ang tiyak
na nakapag-papatibay ng gampaning pangkasarian ng isang lalaki o
babae sa mga sumusunod na sitwasyon. Isulat ang titik ng tamang sagot.
A. Dahil sa iba’t ibang programa sa telebisyon at sa ibang pang uri ng medya
platform, natutunan ng isang lalaki o babae na ang paghahanapbuhay ay
maaaring magawa ng kahit na sinong tao mapalalaki o babae man yan, lalo na
sa panahon ngayon.
B. Ipinangangaral ng mga magulang sa mga anak ang kahalagahan ng
pagtulong sa pamilya lalo na kung sila ay magsisipagpamilya na rin. Ang babae
ang siyang hahawak ng badyet para sa mga gastosin.
C. Natutunan sa mga magulang kung sino ang siyang dapat na mag-aasikaso
sa pamilyamula sa paghahanda ng pagkain at pagliligpit nito.
D. Turo sa banal na kasulatan na ang lalaki ay dapat hindi nagpapahaba ng
buhok bagkus ay dapat ginugupit kung mahaba na ito. Ang tanging pwedeng
magpahaba ng buhok lamang ay yaong mga kababaihan. (Cor. 11:6-7, 14-15)
E. Parehas ang turo ng mgamagulang at paaralan sa mga bata pagdating sa
kanilang kasuotan. Ang lalaki ay dapat magsuot kung ano ang panglalaki
gayundin ang mga babae.

The course provides opportunities for students to discover patterns and extract meanings from emerging trends. It aids in developing their critical and creative thinking skills-- essential tools for decision making and understanding “ethics of care”. Global trends in the 21st century are examined and are either accepted or rejected on a sound set of criteria. Students will be asked to create and analyze scenarios that will challenge them to (1) formulate their stances on issues or concerns; (2) propose interventions and; (3) formulate alternative futures. The students will realize the interconnections between their neural connections and social realities.

Virtual In-Service Training 3.0
In line with the mission and vision of the Department of Education (DepEd) to instill and educate young minds with world-class skillsets, the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) through the Educational Technology Unit (EdTech) will conduct the Televised Virtual In-Service Training Program for Teachers (VINSET 3.0) with the theme "Uniting Teachers Towards Digital Transformation and Excellence." The virtual activity will be shown on 08-11 August 2022 and streamed through the online platforms of DepEd. The recorded session will be aired on a later schedule via DepEd TV's local cable partners.
The activities are programmed to impart the latest technological innovation in instruction to prepare teachers (public and private) for in-person classes using different ICT and digital learning applications.
