This learning module deals on distinguishing between general and specific statements.  You should know how to identify the main idea of the paragraph and the supporting details for the main idea.         

 

For the teacher:

1.       Explain all directions/instructions to the learner before handing this material.

2.     If necessary, demonstrate the use of this material to the learner together with a parent or a guardian for proper use.

3.     An answer key is provided for easier checking and monitoring of the learner's progress.

4.     For the activity that requires varied answers from the learners, use reference materials and other online resources in checking the responses.

 

For the learner:

1.       Read and follow all the directions/instructions carefully.

2.     Answer all the given tests and exercises.

3.     Make sure you finish assigned tasks properly before answering the next/succeeding one.

4.     Write your answers in a separate sheet of paper or in an activity notebook or as instructed.
