Welcome to the Organization and Management Grade 11 Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) Module.

This module was collaboratively designed, developed and reviewed by educators both from public and private institutions to assist you, the teacher or facilitator in helping the learners meet the standards set by the K to 12 Curriculum while overcoming their personal, social, and economic constraints in schooling. 

This learning resource hopes to engage the learners into guided and independent learning activities at their own pace and time. Furthermore, this also aims to help learners acquire the needed 21st century skills while taking into consideration their needs and circumstances.

Ang maayos na kalusugan ng tao ay nababatay sa wastong pagkain o nutrisyon. Ang wastong nutrisyon ay ang pagkain ng tamang uri ng mga pagkain at sapat na dami na kailangan ng katawan. Nangangailangan ang katawan ng balanseng pagkain upang mapanatiling malusog. Ang sustansyang kailangan ng katawan ay makukuha sa pagkain.

This course is for Grade 11 ABM-C and TVL-B only

The course introduces the learners to basic understanding of media and information as channels of communication and tools for the development of individuals and societies. It also aims to develop students to be creative and critical thinkers as well as responsible users and competent producers of media and information.

This course was designed to provide you with fun and meaningful opportunities for guided and independent learning at your own pace and time. You will be enabled to process the contents of the learning resource while being an active learner.

After going through this course, you are expected to develop the Most Essential Learning Competency (MELC) which is to:

1. identify real or make-believe, fact or non-fact images;

likewise, the following sub and support learning competencies:

 analyze figures of speech (hyperbole, irony); and

 infer meaning of idiomatic expressions using context clues.
